The Chartered Trust is a new form of political alliance/entity established at the beginning of the Age of Foundations.
It is a political unification of the remains from the human Hypatian Empire and the dragons from the former Dragon Empire.
The Chartered Trust set a series of laws and rules regulating the lives and interaction of dragons with hominids and it is based on laws' system from the Diadem.
